All of our positions are part-time, remotely located, and offer a great deal of flexibility.


Content Writer

Part-Time (15-20 hours/week) Internship

Remote Location

We are looking for talented writers to produce content to be published on our website, mobile app, social media pages, and all other pertinent publications. Content writers are responsible for conveying the spirit of our brand and everything it entails in written form.

Responsibilities:

  • Create unique and captivating descriptions for festival event and product pages.

  • Put together written content on a regular basis throughout the festival cycle and during the off-season to maintain user engagement.

  • Submit content to editors and team leaders for input and approval.

  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.

  • Write various forms of content covering different levels and elements of the music festival experience. Some examples include: how-to guides (festival survival guides, ticket buying guides, camping, etc.), op eds on line-up announcements, festival check-lists, festival reviews (including topics like: artist sets, stages, production, food trucks, art installations, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience writing in a formal setting.

  • College education with an emphasis in English, Marketing, Journalism or related discipline.

  • Proven professional experience as a Content Writer or similar role with a portfolio of published articles.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including: SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.


Graphic Designer

Part-Time (15-20 hours/week) Internship

We are looking for designers who can take direction from written and spoken ideas and convert them into images, infographics and other visuals to be displayed across our app, website, social media handles, marketing platforms, and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics.

  • Work with UI/UX developers and designers to prepare elements such as icons, infographics, banner images, photographs and other components for our mobile app and website.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

  • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript.

  • Ability to work off written and verbal descriptions to create graphics, icons, images, and other elements.

  • Adaptive design skills and visual sense.

  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.


The Social Media Manager runs our Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and all other social media handles. They are directly responsible for creating brand awareness and engaging users within the music festival community.

The SMM works directly with other members of the marketing and content teams to assemble a calendar of content throughout the year catering to the music festival market. This includes photography and video production, graphic designs, events, written articles, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed and up-to-date on ticket releases, line-up announcements, and all pertinent noteworthy festival-related events and news, and prepare social media content accordingly.

  • Coordinate with photography and video production teams to acquire content to publish on social media platforms.

  • Continuously work towards increasing brand awareness and engagement on all social media platforms, devise new ways to achieve results throughout the music festival vertical.

  • Identify strategies that are effective, and make adjustments to those that are not working effectively.

  • Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a strong passion for music festivals and experience going to festival events.

  • Extensive experience with social media platforms, running campaigns, and a track record of building traction, following, and engagement.

  • Previous professional working experience running social media profiles within a like-minded space.

Social Media Manager

College Brand Ambassador

The College Brand Ambassador is responsible for brand awareness through on-the-ground and online marketing efforts within their campus community. College-aged students make up a core piece of our target market demographic, making this one of the most important roles within our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand positively in a multitude of settings: online, through word-of-mouth, and at events.

  • Participate in brand event marketing at music festivals, and organize individual promotional events in local community.

  • Generate brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing, and promote the brand via personal social media accounts.

  • Create user engagement within campus community through social media pages and groups.

  • Proactively look for students looking to buy/sell tickets for listed festival events, and reach out.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a current college student.

  • Socially active in campus community and involved in student organizations.

  • Active presence and following on social media.

  • Studying Marketing or related field.
